Most communities hand you a login and wish you luck. Here you answer a
proper questionnaire first, about what you run, where you’re stuck
and who you want to meet. That’s what decides which rooms open for
you and who we put you in front of. Get placed somewhere that doesn’t
suit you and we’ll move you.

Everyone puts something on the floor.
This is the part that makes the room worth walking into. Every member
gives one thing they already have, and it goes in the library where the
rest of us can use it.
One thing, when you join. Not a monthly quota. You do it while
you set your seat up, and it takes about ten minutes because you are not
writing anything new.
Something you already use. The SOP your ops lead follows, the
hiring scorecard, the deck you pitch with, the sheet you model on. If it
took you two years to work out, it saves someone else two years.
Or keep it behind your own page. Host it on your site and
members go there to get it, so their name and email land on your list
instead of ours. Still free to them, and it works for you.
We read it before it goes up. Every link is checked and every
document gets read, so the library stays worth opening and nobody is sent
somewhere they should not be.
It is the same ticket for everyone, including the companies who join as
Founding Partners. Nobody gets a room here without giving something to it
